FEDERAL WARRANT ISSUED FOR DARREN ROY MACK

The FBI announces that on June 14, 2006, Darren Roy Mack was charged with Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. A Federal Warrant was then issued for Mack's arrest. On June 13, 2006, Mack was charged under Nevada law with Murder. Mack is also wanted for questioning in connection with the attempted murder of Nevada Family Court Judge Chuck Weller.

Investigation has determined that Mack may have traveled to California from Reno, Nevada on June 12, 2006. Mack is a white male, 45 years-old, 5 ' 11" tall, about 200 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. Mack was last seen driving a silver-colored Ford Explorer bearing California license plate number 5POR272.

The investigation into Mack's activities is being conducted by the Reno Police Department, the Washoe County Sheriff's Office, the U.S. Marshals Service, and the FBI.
